Honeymoon Safaris to Africa
Honeymoon Safaris will without doubt be the most memorable holiday in your lives. Whilst there are many destinations in the world, nothing can beat the beauty, romance and serenity of an African Safari coupled with the paradise splendour of the Indian Ocean Islands or a luxury train journey to Victoria Falls or Cape Town.
We have been planning guests Honeymoon Safaris to Africa since 1994 and whilst every honeymoon is different all of our past honeymooners have left with a lifetime memory and a yearning to return.
The Private Game Reserves and Camps in South Africa and Botswana offer Honeymooners one of the best safari experiences in Africa. There is nothing more Romantic than being in the Wilds of Africa with your loved one.
Africa will capture your heart, as it has done for many since the beginning of time. Being on Safari is a deep Spiritual Experience where one completely forgets the modern world as you enter another world of peace and tranquility.
Most Lodges and Camps have Honeymoon Suites to enhance your exprerience and you can even go further and have a private vehicle just for yourselves. Romantic Dinners around a glowing camp fire and the sounds of the African night will live on in your memory forever.
Cape Town has been voted as one of the most beautiful cities in the world and has so much to offer for a Honeymoon. Beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants and some of the best places to visit. One never has to be bored as one can spend the day going to beautiful winefarms and having a romantic lunch in a magnificent setting. Places like Franschoek offer great shopping and incredible restaurants.
On a good day one can go up Table Mountain and the views from the top are breathtaking. Camps Bay has great restaurants such as “The Grand Restaurant”, with beautiful views and the best sunsets in the world. The Water Front is a must if you are looking for great African presents for friends and family back home. You can go on different boat cruises from the Water-front and one which is very interesting is the Robben Island tour.
Bantry Bay, Clifton and Camps Bay, then Llindudno which is a quaint little town with one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, then onto Hout Bay which is great with an optional boat trip to seal Island. A good place for lunch is the Look out Restaurant. From there this beautiful drive over Chapmans Peak and then you arrive at Noordhoek. One can visit the Ostrich Farm. Then you arrive at Cape of Good Hope Nature reserve and next is Cape Point, then onto Cape of Good Hope. And one cannot miss out on the Penguin Colony, and one can walk around as they have some beautiful walks there. Next is Simon Town, then onto Muizenberg, and lastly, the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens for Tea and great cakes.
