Day 1: A Day at Addo Elephant National Park

After your Pick up at Port Elizabeth Hotel / Airport in the morning your exciting 4 Day experience begins at Addo Elephant National Park. We’ll spend our time exploring the Addo Elephant National Park. Starting off with a morning game drive in our own vehicles, our guides will aim to show us as much of the park, and the magnificent creatures that call it home, as possible, before we head back to the camp for a yummy and much-needed breakfast. After this, you’ll have some free time, which you could spend exploring the camp.

In the afternoon, we’ll embark on another game drive, which offers us the opportunity to see the animals we haven’t as yet, before heading back to camp for an exquisite dinner and great conversation with the new friends we’ve made.
(Breakfast & Dinner included)

Day 2: Addo Elephant National Park to Knysna

After getting off to an early start, we grab some breakfast and then head to the stunning, scenic Storms River, which actually travels through the Tsitsikamma Mountain Range and then out into the Indian Ocean … it’s a popular stop on the Garden Route. And if you think that sounds amazing, just wait until we get to experience the John Benn sunset cruise – it’s known as one of the best floating restaurants in Knysna!

Our accommodation on this evening will be at Aestas, a cosy B&B, located in Knysna, that offers stunning views and is only a walk away from several shops and restaurants. After all that exploring, this place is the perfect spot to spend the night!
(Breakfast included)

Day 3: Knysna to Agulhas

Today is the day you get to catch up on all the sleep you’ve missed. We have the morning at leisure before departing to Agulhas at about 11:00 … the drive may seem long but scenery along the way more than makes up for it.

We travel through the scenic Overberg region (you might see The Langeberg mountain Range in the distance), which has rolling hills and fields of wheat and canola, and fynbos. We’ll also pass well-known towns like Mossel Bay and Bredasdorp, which, by the way, has a great shipwreck museum … you might even be able to visit it if it’s open when we pass by.

Once we reach Agulhas National Park – our accommodation for the evening – we’ll get to enjoy not only breathtaking views but also a fine meal beneath the stars and the South African sky.
(Breakfast & Dinner included)

Day 4: Agulhas to Cape Town

After a satisfying breakfast, we’ll commence our journey through one of the most scenic parts of the country. If you didn’t get to see enough shipwrecks in Bredasdorp, Agulhas would have a few noteworthy ones, too. To appease those rumbling tummies, we’ll stop in the town of Hermanus to have lunch (own expense) and hopefully of spot several southern right whales (seasonal) while we’re at it.

After grabbing a bite to eat, we’ll continue through to Stellenbosch for an unforgettable wine tasting before concluding our journey in Cape Town. The tour ends at 16:00 at the airport and guests are reminded not to book domestic flights departing earlier than 19:00 or international flights departing earlier than 20:00. Guests staying on in Cape Town will be transferred to their hotel after our stop at the airport.
