Tigger 2 Royale Yacht in Cape Town

The TIGGER 2 ROYALE is a 55 foot luxury catamaran cruiser launched in November last year. She is currently the flagship of the charter industry with her beautifully streamlined exterior and plush white leather interior. She can cater for 45 guests maximum and has hosted many celebrity status clients since being launched. She too caters for individuals, corporates and special functions, e.g: weddings and is without a doubt the best cruising option for the discerning client.

The TIGGER 2 ROYALE offers a main dining area and an upper chill lounge that can be converted into a dining area if required and she can seat 38 guests maximum inside for a plated luncheon or dinner at one sitting.

There is an open back deck with overhead cover and and an open sundeck upfront for those who wish to catch the rays. The chill lounge offers a 42” plasma screen and there are gents and ladies facilities. The TIGGER 2 ROYALE truly is a sensational charter option and once again, we pride ourselves on the fact that we offer the highest standard of service on each and every charter. All departures are from the T-jetty in front of the Hildebrand Restaurant at the V&A Waterfront.

Sunset Cruises
This is by far the most popular choice of cruising with our fast cruiser – the TIGGER 2 Royale. The Sunset Cruise will take you straight to Clifton 4th Beach, or depending on the weather on the day, to Table Bay. At the destination, you will get to enjoy and take in the scenic view while sipping on a glass of Method Cape Classic sparkling wine. Then we will slowly cruise back as the sun sets to the city lighting – a first class experience with Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles as an exquisite backdrop. This is definitely the cruise of choice for the more romantic at heart.

The duration of the cruise is 1 1/2 hour. On a private basis, we also offer the Sunset cruises for up to 65 people. Please contact us for all our rates.

Lunch & Dinner Cruise
If you’re seeking that unique venue to host your special occassion, then look no further. Join us for lunch or dinner on board the Tigger 2 Royale and treat yourself to the experience of a lifetime with our lunch and dinner cruises. We offer a choice of duration and a variety of menu options to cater to all tastes.

Lunch Cruise
Enjoy a scenic bay cruise departing from the V&A Waterfront and luxuriate in the stunning views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill as we cruise along the coastline. We will either drop anchor in front of Clifton 4th Beach or Granger Bay. If the weather and ocean conditions aren’t suitable, we will return to the mooring at the V&A Marina where you can relax and indulge in the luncheon menu of your choice.

Dinner Cruise
Depart from the V&A Waterfront and enjoy a scenic bay cruise with stunning views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill as we cruise along the coastline, or out into Table Bay, to admire the spectacular Cape sunset.

We will then return to the mooring half an hour after sunset and enjoy one of our selection of available menus. (Please note that dinner will always be served at the mooring after sunset).

Floating Restaurant
We offer a floating venue option for clients who would prefer to entertain their guests alongside our mooring situated in the heart of the V&A Waterfront or a little Harbour cruise in the Cape Town harbour while serving the dinner .This is ideal for late night dinner parties or birthdays (with a DJ option), product launches and cocktail parties – or if you’re just sensitive about heading out to sea but still want to experience the feeling of being on a boat.

Weddings
Turn your dreams into a reality. For those who are looking for a unique and exceptional way to celebrate their special day, we have successfully hosted a variety of weddings and receptions on TIGGER 2 Royale.

We cater for both the cost-conscious and extravagant, and for either small intimate affairs or larger groups. We also accommodate same sex weddings with specialized ministers.

We can offer a basic charter that consists of only the hire of the vessel and a marriage officer or a more extensive charter that includes all and more of the following:

Special Occasions
Private Romantic Lunch or Dinner Cruise
Although every charter with Tigger 2 Charters is a special occasion, we do offer a very private, exclusive charter for *ONE COUPLE ONLY*. This is ideal for those extra special occasions – such as wedding proposals, engagements, wedding anniversaries, or intimate birthday surprises.

Tigger 2 Royale will take you on a Scenic cruise, complete with a glass of sparkling wine Method Cape Classic and some light snacks while enjoying the sunset.

You will then be served a candle-lit 3 or 4-course meal in the bottom lounge, set intimately with rose petals and accompanied by soft, romantic music in the backrgound. You will be waited on hand and foot by our crew, but your privacy will be ensured.
